When I get a notification the brightness of my phone remains low and won't let me even open the notification, because if I push on the icon I get off the phone. How can I fix?

Hi!

Sorry about that. In order to save battery, Heads-up tells the phone to
keep the brightness at a low level. I'll consider adding an option to
choose between low and normal brightness.

The other problem happens because Heads-up loses the wakelock that keeps
the screen on. I'll see if I can make it work in the next update, but I
can't promise anything.

Ok thank you very much. I solved the display's problem, but I don't solved the brightness's problem. My friend has this application too and the brightness works perfectly. For this reason I thought it was a problem of my phone. I have an Lg optimus l9.. Android 4.1.2
I'll waiting for your answer. Thanks!!!

Ok. As I said, I'll consider adding a switch that allows you to use normal
brightness for phones that doesn't set the brightness to the correct level.
