Fixes issues with Between/Period and ranges a month or over (removed ToDuration()) usage. #208

Added Anchor Date and Period Units to Period() method. This is needed to correctly support periods (e.g. the number of ticks in a 1 month period is different depending on when you do it, so an anchor date is needed)
