v1.0 Beta Release

Code is more self checking, and is smarter. Install directories have moved into Home. Notifications now will come from the hourly cronjob. It will also be able to check if the tempSave.tmp file is correct, and reconfigure if not.

Slightly updated code and cleaner segments.

In this release, most tools are functional but to minimal usage. Many functions are not absolutely the best and it should be considered in process still, but is functional from testing.
