Behold, what is possibly the most-requested QoL feature for this project!
Changes:
- Locked/Unlocked doors now have different symbols & colors on the map
- Rewrote most spell lore, fixed some spell lores going out of the shop window
- Rewrote a couple spell cast messages

Multiple bug fixes. Neat!
List of changes (Spoiler Warning!)
- Fixed an issue where the Master Keys were never actually removed in Act I.
- Fixed an issue/softlock where you could enter the school in Act II without visiting the Greenhouse by losing the battle on the blacktop.
- Fixed some item/wand/spell/etc descriptions being too long & going offscreen
- Fixed an issue where some emails (notably IED Overdose) would be sent multiple times
- At the start of Act II, the time no longer jumps from 8:02 AM to 8:00 AM and always stays at 8:00 AM as intended. This may be a magical-spell-based world, but we don't tolerate time travel here :)
- You can no longer steal the Gym Keys and avoid Ms. Gleich's wrath by exiting the school via dismissal. Robbery is bad!
- Fixed an issue where the last character of print flairs would remain white instead of turning to blue
- Fixed a minor dialogue issue in the Greenhouse
- Fixed multiple minor dialogue typos ("leaver"? Seriously, Akash?)
- Added small beginning "???" lore
- Probably some more minor changes I forgot to include in this list.

MORE DIFFICULT HITBARS
- The main difficulty of hitbars on the REPLIT version was due to the unbearable lag. On the Windows version, this is a nonexistent (ish) problem.
- As such, the speed of ALL hitbars has been increased by 2.5x. Enjoy having hitbars be actually difficult!
HEALTH NOW PERSISTS BETWEEN BATTLES.
- This should make healing & shield spells more viable & nerf the "spam attack spells until you win" strategy.
- To avoid near-death wins being inconvenient, you now heal for 25% of your max health after a victory.
- Deaths restore your health to full health, but increase the death counter by one. This is free.
- You can now heal outside of battles by visiting the nurse's office. Heals now cost 20% of health lost + 20 in tickets, rounded down. An additional 50-ticket tax is added if the player has previously died. This tax is removed upon purchasing the heal and is re-added if the player dies again.
- If you couldn't tell already, revamped the nurse's office.
EMAILS, YAY!!!:
- Emails are now sent upon certain events. A total of around 10 emails are sent throughout the entire game. This should make things more exciting. You can also finally see the emails that we wrote four months ago that were never actually in the game.
- Some other minor dialog changes, mostly things like adding periods or fixing double-spaces.
SAVEFILES DO NOT PORT BETWEEN VERSIONS. Enjoy replaying the game and seeing the new content. This definitely wasn't because I was too lazy to add the code to fix old savefile.
THIS CHANGE DOES NOT APPLY TO THE REPLIT VERSION. Please play on the Desktop version, it's so much better 🙏
All in all, enjoy this new version of Presleyn! Or not. IDK how many people still care about this project, but whatever.

This is the current Demo version that's posted on REPLIT. Contains:

- Working Gameplay
- Working Map
- Working Interfaces
- Saving
- Maybe good humor
Savefiles are stored in the same folder that the game EXE is located in, so it may be convenient to create a dedicated folder for Presleyn and drop the EXE in there.
