I use the Other tab often on a per object bases to add brims and whatnot where needed but in the default layout, the Multimaterial tab hides the Other tab
Which printers will be beneficial to this feature?
All
Describe the solution you'd like
When a multimaterial printer is NOT enabled, can the Multimaterial tab be hidden to clean up the UI and streamline the workflow for single extruder/single color users?
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've searched for a setting to hide the Multimateral tab with no luck

While I agree and maybe that's what it boils down to, my thought was
there is a check box for "Single Extruder Multi Material" and if I uncheck
that, it would be nice for the multimaterial tab to be hidden, similar to
how the "Flushing Volumes" and "+ -" are hidden when that box is unchecked
That SEMM box controls whether there is a single toolhead MMU or a multi-toolhead set up, not whether the printer is setup for multi material handling.
Hence why you dont see flushing volumes, as a multi-toolhead setup doesnt flush ;)
