Add Ultimaker 2 profile

I created the profile for the Ultimaker 2 at the request of @stealth027. (Ultimaker 2 Support #877)

@stealth027 has also tested the profile and his changes are also incorporated in this profile.

@SoftFever, so his work on this profile should also be included in the next change note of the next release that he was involved in this profile. To appreciate his work.

@fr3ak2402 @SoftFever I have an Ultimaker 2+ Connect (stock) and the values don't match the values Ultimaker Cura (which, obviously, knows the printer very well) uses.

In particular, a max flow of 12 mm3/s of PLA or any other material is laughable, the UM2 stock won't do more than 4-5 mm3/s. At 60 mm/s 0.4 mm LW 0.2 LH ABS extrusion has problems, and it's barely 4.8 mm3/s.

1. how was this UM2 profile obtained?
2. should I push an update to it, or should I post a new "UM2+ Connect" profile? I would do the first one, and let users increase it if the REALLY find their printer can do more (I doubt, just look a the hotend length...).
