Size dropped 2328KB to 2060KB after changing side surfaces. current model has 3 surfaces for each line on side surface. just redraw a cylinder and rejoined surface. result is exactly same. It's my first commit. i hope i did right. i choose simpler one for first. i will send more thanks

It seems like Fusion360 splits the curved surface into 3 surfaces no matter what. I gave your STP file a try in F360, and yep, I’m seeing the same thing happen.
Anyway, your STP file is indeed smaller, which is definitely a plus.

thanks i used rhinoceros to change that. rhino is surface based. checked other models as well. i can share step version of them if needed. might be useful for VFA test
