Using the default 0.4 M5 profile in AnkerMakeStudio to compare, I updated the values to match

Reverting the changes that got introduced with the merge request SoftFever#7117. This should fix SoftFever#7633

Updates the jerk limits, max feedrate, max acceleration, retraction length to match what ankermake studio has.
