This plugin kicks police, fire, EMS, and Dispatch users from the CAD when they disconnect from your server.

• Copy folder to your sonorancad/plugins folder.
• Modify configuration found in CHANGEMEconfig_kick.dist.lua and copy to a config_kick.lua file.
