Template Placement Inconsistent with Cards on Second Row

The placement of templates on the second row appears to be incosistent with the placement of cards on the second row. The combo I noticed this on did have 2 copies of the same template, so I'm not sure if its exclusive to that or if its true for all templates.

You'll notice the template one has the second row template centered, which is incosistent with the first link which has the card on the left side.
