This milestones' main goal is to support serialization of xjs calls for remote xjs (reworking some internals to handle calls when running remotely), differentiating from remote, proxy and local modes. These serialized commands can then be sent over the network through whatever mode of communication (e.g., websockets) to an XSplit extension configured to be a "proxy."
