Initial alpha

This early alpha release includes the rudimentary functionality that makes xgeo useful for a wide variety of use-cases:

• Processing GeoJSON, GeoJSON lines, and Shapefiles data into a common output format (GeoJSON lines)
• Manipulating these data files with the ability to perform geometric, textual, arithmetic operations
• Multi-core processing for improving computational utilization and throughputs
