Minimum working example of MergeWith-Config not working.
The configuration setting "MergeWith" of coverletArgs.runsettings file is not used.
Use dotnet test --collect:"XPlat Code Coverage" --settings coverletArgs.runsettings or dotnet test --settings coverletArgs.runsettings from solution folder to run this example.
