Magic incantation: speakeasy generate sdk --out=. --schema='https://raw.githubusercontent.com/StyraInc/enterprise-opa/main/openapi/openapi.yaml' --lang java --repo 'https://github.com/StyraInc/opa-java'
still need to give it a more permanent name
Also includes some linter errors so I can see teh results from the reports.

This PR tracks work to create a high level interface built on top of the Speakeasy generated SDK that will simplify using EOPA in "happy path" use cases.
What Is Changing?
com.styra.opa.
, the SDK is instead rooted atcom.styra.opa.sdk.
. I think we ultimately want the "porcelain" API at the old root, with the SDK in it's own subpackage beneath.
