Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently edits to plans create an archive of the current plan (to preserve existing subscriptions -> plan at point in time- which may have subscribers) therefore.

Describe the solution you'd like
Maintain a link from the latest plan revision to it's previous revision.

Describe alternatives you've considered
