1. Tracker (excel sheet or txt file) to log the requests made.
2. API Key - Sign up using Oxford Dictionaries API and use the free subscription.
3. UI of a Dictionary which can be used cross-platform (PyKivy)
4. Web UI of the dictionary using HTML,CSS and Javascript(optional)
