Get Started

To get started with the HelpDesk app, follow the installation instructions below.

Installation Instructions

  1. Clone the Repository:
     git clone [https://github.com/your-username/helpdesk-app.git](https://github.com/SurajTaradale/helpdesk_app.git)
     cd helpdesk-app
  2. Set Up the Backend:
    • **Navigate to the backend directory and install dependencies.
    cd backend
    pip install -r requirements.txt
    • **Run the FastAPI server.
    uvicorn app.main:app --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8001
  3. Set Up the Frontend:
  • **Navigate to the frontend directory and install dependencies.
 cd frontend
  • **Run the Reactjs server.
npm start
