Build it

1. Install Qt, vcpkg and CMake.
2. cmake -B <build path> -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=<path to vcpkg>/scripts/buildsystems/vcpkg.cmake <path to dcmedit>
3. cmake --build <build path>
