Presence Client V3: Avalonia Rewrite

Presence Client has been Updated

• Now uses avalonia for the ui, screw winforms.
• Uses .net 8 for both the gui and cli
• Uses NativeAOT for compiled files for both cli and gui.
• Looks so much better now
