In addition to rg (ripgrep) and fd (fd-find) it would be great when SynoCli File Tools would also include bat.

* add cross/zlib-ng
- use cross/zlib-ng to avoid issue with linking to zlib for x64 archs
* fix cross/zlib-ng for armv7l archs
