fixed laravel 8 support

Hey there!

Fixed Laravel 8 support.

Newer versions ships with newer guzzlehttp ( 7 ) , so I added in composer.json.
Beside of that I also extend the readme file, that this version now supports Laravel 8.

You're right. I do not have time to fight against the organization leader to save this repository or fork, configure, and maintain it. I'd mark the repository as stale or deprecated but cannot perform any change on this repository because i'm not in the organization anymore.
The best i can advice is to fork the repo, and adjust for your needs.
