Describe the bug

Operations like resize and crop with HEIC files will output HEIF instead
File format conversion: Even if explicitly selecting HEIC compression the result will always be HEIF files.

To Reproduce
Just run operations and see the output file format

Expected behavior

HEIC input = HEIC output
HEIF input = HEIF output
File conversion outputs: HEIC or HEIF according to the settings
