To allow more compatibility with other models and given dmey/minimal-dx#2, this PR makes the promotion to unqualified real to real(8) optional using the USE_REAL8 flag. By default this flag is on.

This PR adds support to use MinimalDX in TEB. MinimalDX is included as submodule. Integrations tests have been added and are available in tests/MinimalDX.
