[Feature] Support ogbn-proteins with edge_feature

Description

1. Add dataset ogbn-proteins
   2.. support deepergcn and revgen with edge_features

Due to the limitation of GPU memory , you may run the following command, which uses random_cluster not only in training but also in evaluation.

python scritps/train.py --dataset ogbn-proteins --model revgen --task node_classification --trainer random_cluster --val-n-clusteer 5
