Don't run state effects in Vue immediately #717

This reverts the previous PR #716. I discovered the original Vue adapter was indeed correct but what I was passing to virtualizer's getItemKey was not being treated as reactive so my list elements didn't have unique keys between renders. Therefore every render my list elements were being treated as new elements in virtualizer causing the infinite loop.

I'll update the Vue docs in a separate PR as that may prevent someone else making the same mistake.
