Summary
Adds the functionality where urls use unique form names as redirects and core urls following the
{monsNo}_{formNo}form. TheEvolutionfunctions from theutils/dexhave been added into theplugin/dexwith a few extra features attached. Changes thePOKEMON_NAME_MAPto have unique names for each pokemon.
