What happened:

OthersJob执行时如果出现异常不会清理gz解压出来的文件，导致磁盘空间持续增长

What you expected to happen:

出现异常时抛出错误并清理临时文件

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

创建一个损坏的xxx-ohter.xml.gz
