This is probably the last update for Legacy Terbium before the v2 drop. Anyways for those of you who have had countless bugs with this. I gotchu I fixed most of them and added a couple of features as a "LTS Build" since its gonna be the like last security/feature update.

- Windows not closing in #61 Patch
- Update backend to the modern "Terbium Backend"
- Fix "no bare clients" found in the Terbulence version
- Add about section in settings
- Fix Close button returning
win:not:<somerandom16characternumberhere> cannot be found using querySelectorAll - Update Bare to 2.0.3 which does not have that exploit found in: CVE-2024-27922
- Ditch ancient deprecated plugins for the old backend that had security vulnerabilities
