This PR switches the default offline map in Terrastories from OpenMapTiles to Protomaps for a few reasons:

  1. Consistency across basemaps source and cartography in online and offline environments.
  2. Protomaps has a more permissive license.
  3. Protomaps makes it easy to extract OSM data at zoom level X with a one-line command (as documented for anyone who wants their own tiles).
  4. The last time we baked OpenMapTiles data for offline was years ago.

I kept the recent updates we had not merged yet in a branch pmtiles-omt.
