Belated pull request, as discussed in out correspondence the beginning of January. This pull request supports prototypes in Test2::Mock by transferring the prototype of the user-supplied code to the closure that actually implements before(), after() and around(). An alternate implementation pulls the prototype from the subroutine being mocked. If, after thinking about it, you would prefer the alternate, I am willing to prepare such a pull request.
