Updated documentation to reflect the new Laravel 5 way of installing packages, publishing configuration files and setting up environment variables etc.

First release with Laravel 5 support

The first release (2.0) which includes support for Laravel 5. Please log any issues, questions or feedback.

NOTE:
All future releases which support Laravel 5 will be marked as 2.x.
To continue using Cachebuster with Laravel 4 please use the 1.x releases.
