Project Malice for GZDoom

A monster randomizer with a darker, less cartoony theme in mind.

Changes made here are always meant to be considered experimental and WIP. Bugs will be present.

How To Download

You will need the latest version of GZDooM (or Delta Touch for Android) and either a copy of the one of the official IWADs (DOOM.wad or DOOM2.wad) or Freedoom phase 1+2 for Project Malice to function.

To download the latest experimental build of PM, scroll up to the top of this page and click the green button labeled Code ▾ then click Download Zip. If you are on mobile and don't see a button, you'll need to turn on desktop view. If you are on destop, maximize the window.

Settings

Sin Codex - Documents all the enemies that are currently implemented. Press Left or Right arrow keys to scroll through enemy sin rosters.

Stealth Detection - Enables stealth detection for all monsters. Enemies will forget you when you hide in dark corners when enabled. Crouching helps too. Has two modes that are further detailed in the ingame options.

Fodder Multiplier - Takes the level's monster count and multiplies it by an adjustable value to calculate how many extra fodder enemies to spawn.

Health Multiplier - Multiplies enemy health by an adjustable value, can go up to 10x. Also includes another health multiplier for when you want to adjust the health only for specific sin enemies. Do note however, that both of these multipliers will stack.
