Converted Dell r420 with h710mini to IT mode and base fan speed was 30%. I wanted to bring it back to quiet.

INFO This is my personal scripts. Feel free to modify and improve.

#1 These commands work on a Dell r420 (different than the r710)

#2 I run this commands on a local machine, as opposed to it being remote. Remote is more secure, but I have not exposed it to the internet at this time.

#3 my process is scalable, different temps yield different fan speeds as opposed to ON/OFF

#4 if you adjust one number, it trickles down the scale
