Enchantments
Enervation steals heat from its victims and transfers it to the attacker. It works by decreasing the temperature of the victim by some amount and then increasing the temperature of the attacker by a percentage of that amount. The amount stolen depends on the level of the enchantment, up to a maximum of 3 levels. The amounts are configurable, but by default, the attack will increase its victim's frost 210
/ 420
/ 630
points. At Enervation III, it takes 10 hits to completely drain the frost from a Player with no frost resistance. The attacker will only receive 75%
of the amount of heat stolen by default, but this is also configurable.
It can be applied to the Frost Wand and all weapons (including Swords, Maces, and Axes). However, it can only be applied non-Frost Wand weapons using the anvil.
The Curse of Frozen Touch is the opposite of Enervation; it transfers heat from the user and into their victim. It is exclusive with Enervation.
Ice Breaker is an enchantment exclusive to the Frost Wand. It amplifies the amount of damage done by the Frost Wand when it is used to break ice on enemies early. Ice Breaker increases the damage of the attack by 1 point per level after that up to a maximum level of 3. It also applies a slowness effect to the victim that increases in strength and duration with respect to the level of Ice Breaker.
Ice Breaker uses the attribute frostiful:generic.ice_break_damage
to increase damage. Most entities, including players, have a base ice break damage of 3. This means that a fully enchanted Frost Wand with Ice Break III will deal 12 damage to their victims (18 with a critical hit) - more than a Sharpness V Netherite sword.
