OS version (server) Linux with systemd
Cortex version / git hash any

Problem Description

With the current systemd service configuration of Cortex, the console messages are sent to syslog. Some of Cortex logs are written twice, in /var/log/cortex/application.log and /var/log/syslog.

Systemd should not send Cortex console output to syslog (journald).
