[Feature Request] Remove persistent filters on "Similar Cases" tab

When applying a filter on the "Similar Cases" tab of an alert, this filter is persistent and is also applied to other alerts.

This is really tricky for the analysts has it may hide some related cases to the current alert your are looking at, with filters applied in the past that may be irrelevant in the current alert.

NB: filters also affects the number of related cases that appear in the name of the tab
