Problem Description

Dashboarding with widgets bars on week interval provide incorrect results

Steps to Reproduce

Create a case with startDate to 1/02/2022.
Create a bar widget with "week" as interval.
The result may be inconsistent. in this example, the case may be displayed in week 2 of 2022, instead of 1. In other context, it appears to be in last week of 2022.
