Did a bit of optimization by not auto-sending reports for Xbox 360 output, and not updating the current state images unless the window is focused.

First release!

I've done my best to make sure there are no major bugs, but I may have missed some things.

Initial features:

• Supports all inputs except for the slider bar
• Displays currently pressed buttons/keys
• Outputs to Xbox 360, keyboard, or MIDI
