EDIT: This was originally reporting Pasteurized Milk recipe as not working, but I made the mistake of using Thermal Steam rather than GT Steam. I've removed that part of the report.

Issue Summary

Pasteurized Milk is missing from EMI search, although a recipe exists.

Reproduction steps

  1. Search for "Pasteurized Milk" in EMI.
  2. It doesn't appear.

Recipe exists, but liquid is missing from EMI.

This is to clarify that no, you can't use it with conduits in EU->FE mode. Yes, it's in the questbook, but you clearly didn't read it.

This also leaves the smaller dust sizes available if we want to make it a byproduct for other processes we choose to rework in the future
