TL;DR

A new setting was added to allow setting a custom path for the Pandoc executable. Correctly setting this option should solve the issue of the plugin not being able to find Pandoc on MacOS (see #1 & the forum).

Additionally, the Inkdrop engine version was bumped and the plugin compatibility matrix was updated, it is still best effort but it should be a bit more reflective of the current state now.
