OK. This is it. The last release candidate before we go into release v1.0

Strap yourself in peeps, it's gonna get spicy. We finished QOI save. We didn't verify it yet. probably shouldn't. But we will regardless.

And also made the program a bit less of a pain lol.

Oh and we added a logo to our readme, it's beautiful, and available in true qoi glory.
