Add cxp, cyp, cxm, cym, dxhy, dyhx global arrays in evp1d. Localize implementation, clean up deprecated code.

These are changes that I propose to refactor the G_HTE and G_HTN. I'm testing them comprehensively now, but wanted to create the PR so others could see what I'm thinking. |
