Fix #16. Solve "Invalid Function texfrag-plist-match"

Solves #16. Move macros to front to avoid "Invalid function error"

- Remove redundant "Version" comment (replaced by "Package-Version"
- also case -> cl-case for autoload
- declare org-element functions to avoid compiler warnings

Tests from test/README_TEST.org run without problems.
