Add responsive interface:
- Support for vertical and horizontal taskbar.
- Support for any type of taskbar (normal, small, etc.).

Deskband can be moved and resized.

Media title font size is 1px smaller.

More space add between command buttons.
Installer
- The installer is now asynchronous, allows the UI to no longer freeze.
- The installer is now compressed by WinRAR SFX to allow integration of resource files.
- Support for French (Don't hesitate to contribute).
- Because of this, Windows Defender detects the installer as a virus :( (False Positive)
