Error: Economy has not been turned on

Hi, I just opened a Minecraft server to play with my friends. It uses TownyAdvanced, and everything works great when I create a town. However, when I type /t deposit 10, I receive an error message in the chat saying: "Economy has not been turned on."

Plugins I use : AdvancedBackups, AdvancedJobs, ClearLag, CrazyEnchantements, DecentHolograms, DiscordSRV, Essentials, EssentialsSpawn, Floodgate, Geyser-Spigot,InvSeePlusPlus, LuckPerms, MapTowny, mcMMO, PlaceHolderAPI, ProtocolLib, QuickShop-Hickari, squaremap, Towny, TownyChat, VaultUnlocked, ViaBackwards, ViaVersion, voicechat,WorldEdit,WorldGuard.

Good to know :
-QuickShop work fine I can buy and sell items.
. My towny economy setting is turn on : using_economy: 'true'

• Towny version is 0.101.10
• Vault is V2.9.0
• Paper : 1.21.3-82-ver
