Edit agent feature

Description

Made a new api for creating a new execution/ run.
The "agent_configurations" table gets updated with the latest data (every-time the "edit agent run" is called).
Whenever the "edit agent run" is called new data enters the "agent_execution_configs" table.
Modified the api used by frontend to fetch agent execution details.
