Describe the bug
Need to sort out actions bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'latest action job'
  2. Click on 'Build and run docker-compose.ci.yml'

Expected behavior
Files that need to be fixed:

  • infra/backends/docker-compose.ci.yml
  • infra/backends/dockerfile

Fixed in 2ba3138, Github Actions now work agian, though the files are in root rather than infrastructure, need to sort out at some point.

New issue added #72
