Fix GUI Test non-zero exit code #7501

With this PR, GUI tests exits successfully with zero exit code. GUI waits for core process to terminate by waiting for process finished signal. If it does not finish within 10 seconds, the test fails which is expected.

The reason for the non-zero exit code is the core process not being terminated correctly.
With this PR, we wait a max 10 seconds to let the core process terminate properly.
