Major re-work to support Artifact-binding with ID-porten. The Artifact-binding is now the default. HTTP-POST is still available, but needs to be explicitly configured in the configuration-file.
Two new configuration-parameters are added:
artifact_resolver_url =
sp_assertion_binding =
To handle either Artifact- or HTTP-POST binding. Refer to example.cfg
