Disabled Market Recipes are still visible in EMI

Describe the Issue

Disabled recipe categories are still registered as valid recipes, so recipe viewers like EMI still see them.

For example, here we see Mooshroom Spawn Eggs for sale:

The spawn egg category is off (left to default) and doesn't show in the market:

Similarly, when looking at the full Market tab in EMI, all recipes are showing:
